Welcome
Coffee, name tags and a proper hello. The host opens the room with the brand partner, and Tinies take the little ones.

The panel
A 45 minute conversation with speakers who share the real story, not the polished one. Honest and specific, never small talk. It builds trust, then the room asks its questions.

The hot seat
With the room warmed up, anyone who wants to takes 30 seconds: what you do, what you’re building, what you need.

Introductions
Every guest fills in a short profile before the day, so we know who to introduce. Nobody leaves without the connection they came for.
Childcare
Bring them with you.
Little ones are looked after on site by Tinies, so you can be in the room, not half in it.
The bag
Every room, its own bag.
Each room ends with a bag from that room’s partner. Something worth carrying home.
After the room
Stay in the circle.
Once you’ve been to a room, you can choose to join the Kin Club WhatsApp community.
Members hear about new rooms first and get priority on places.
