Balancing work and parenthood leaves very little time to spare.
This session brings together a small group of working mothers for focused conversation, connection and shared experience.
The event is built around structured networking, supported by V&Me through food and practical elements designed to make daily life easier - from weaning through to toddler meals and family options.
Our founder swore by V&Me through weaning, and it quickly became a staple for busy days.

10:00am: Arrival, refreshments and informal networking
10:30am: Panel conversation - Balancing Ambition, Identity & Early Motherhood
11:00am: 30-second elevator pitches from the room
11:15am: V&Me hosted session, including an introduction to the brand and invitation to experience lunch and children’s bites
11:30am – 12:30pm: Curated networking
12:30pm: Close with curated gift bags from our brand partners, designed to support you beyond the event

What should I expect from the event?
A structured but relaxed session designed to make your time feel well spent. You’ll meet a curated group of parents, take part in short introductions, and leave with relevant connections.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Just a short introduction about who you are and what you do, if you’re comfortable. We’ll guide the rest.
Will dietary requirements be catered for?
Yes. You’ll be able to share any allergies or dietary requirements in your pre-arrival questionnaire.
Can I bring a buggy?
Yes, although space is limited, so we recommend keeping things as compact as possible.
Can I bring my child?
Yes. We’ll have our childcare partners, Tinies Nannies, on site to support. Please let us know in advance via your questionnaire so we can plan accordingly.
What if my baby cries?
Completely fine. This is a space designed for parents, so it’s all part of it. Step out if you need to, or lean on the team and nannies who will be there to help.
Will there be facilities for feeding?
Yes, bottle and food warming facilities will be available.
Is there baby changing?
Yes, baby changing facilities are available on site.
Is there parking?
Limited, but there is on-street parking nearby.
