Balancing work and parenthood often means choosing between the two.
This session is designed to bring them together.
Hosted at Mome, the event brings together a small group of founders, freelancers and senior professionals in the creative industries, with young children, in a space where work and childcare can coexist.
If you are bringing little ones, children from 9 months - 4 years can take part in Mome’s early years sessions, parents join a structured Kin Club format, creating space for focused conversation, connection and time to engage professionally.
Those with babies less than 9 months, can count on support from our Tinies Nanny who will be happy to help you have a hands free moment.

1:00pm – 1:50pm: Curated networking and informal co-working. Structured introductions followed by open connection and time to work, talk or reset

What should I expect from the event?
A structured but relaxed session designed to make your time feel well spent. You’ll meet a curated group of parents, take part in short introductions, and leave with relevant connections.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Just a short introduction about who you are and what you do, if you’re comfortable. We’ll guide the rest.
Can I bring my child?
Yes, and it’s encouraged. Children will be able to take part in Mome’s activity sessions, led by specialist facilitators. These are designed for ages 9 months to 3 years. Spaces are limited, so please confirm in advance via your questionnaire.
Will dietary requirements be catered for?
Yes. You’ll be able to share any allergies or dietary requirements in your pre-arrival questionnaire.
Can I bring a buggy?
Yes, although space is limited, so we recommend keeping things as compact as possible.
What if my baby cries?
Completely fine. This is a space designed for parents, so it’s all part of it. Step out if you need to, or lean on the team and nannies who will be there to help.
Will there be facilities for feeding?
Yes, bottle and food warming facilities will be available.
Is there baby changing?
Yes, baby changing facilities are available on site.
Is there parking?
Limited, but there is on-street parking nearby.
